Construction Lead – Position Overview

Position: Construction Lead
Reports To: Owner, Christine Maegly
Location: Northern Kentucky (Wilder, KY and surrounding communities)

The Construction Lead plays a critical leadership role in overseeing residential, commercial, and industrial construction projects from planning to completion. This position is responsible for managing teams, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management
• Oversee projects from planning through final completion
• Ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
• Coordinate with management and specialty professionals

Team Leadership
• Supervise construction crews on-site

Training & Development
• Mentor skilled and unskilled workers
